Filing personal bankruptcy is a serious and perhaps last choice solution to your debt problems. Filing for bankruptcy though exists to help you escape overwhelming debt.

My Plan here for this site is to publish as many articles as possible about money management, saving tips, credit & debt management. My philosophy: we need to turn the the tables on many of these companies, make them work for us, actually provide a fair service for a fair price. Really in Debt Trouble. The Citizens Advice were my first point of call. They have offices in nearly every town and trained councilors ready to offer professional advice. That being said, and often in life I've never done anything by the book (not a recomendation BTW) and did things a lot differently. The Citizens advice in my local town were that impre4ssed with my letter of Short Settlement they copied it and show it to their clients. If you have any tips or articles better than the ones below mail them to me and I'll publish here. (especially tales of getting revenge on those companies that cost us the most.
